  • The consultation is our first meeting to walk the space you need help with, discuss your ideas, timelines, review your budget and I will offer suggestions and ideas you may not have considered! This time is for you to ask me anything that is concerning to you and where possible I will give you ballpark pricing.

    I may review architectural drawings and/or take preliminary measurements and photos. With this information about your project I will be able to recommend the best service approach for you. You will receive a ‘DESIGN BRIEF’ of our time and if you like, I can prepare a Proposal should you like to move forward.

    It will be my pleasure to meet you!

    $450 (up to 2 hours)

  • This is Full Service Design and my signature service!

    From concept to completion, I create an original design concept for your room (s) and you don’t need to lift a finger. We work with your builder, contractors and vendors of your choosing (or mine) to turn your dream to reality. Offering:

    • Floor plans, 2 + 3D Elevations/Renderings so you can see what it will look like

    • Plumbing, Hardware, Light Fixtures selection

    • Digital Concept/Design Boards with samples and Budget considerations

    • Offering To The Trade Furniture selections, ordering + installation

    • On site meetings with Builders, trades

    • New Build/Renovation

    • Custom quoted by proposal.

  • When you have a smaller project but do not need full service design I can help as my schedule allows.

    Offering consulting/original design solutions custom to you on an hourly basis for things like:

    • Paint and Color Palette (interior/exterior)

    • Suggestions on furniture layout and what to buy and where

    • Your contractor wants decisions on your tile and carpet choice, so maybe it’s a trip to a showroom

      • Ask me there are many scenarios where this may be a great solution for you.

My focus is on creating your classic, timeless, yet ‘unique to you’ designs for living and you can focus on enjoying your life on our beaches!

Full Service: How it Works!

  • 1. Initial Call

    We schedule an initial call once I receive your email with interest, to discuss what you are looking for in your project and decide if we will schedule a Consultation.

  • 2. Consultation

    This step is required at the beginning of every project. I want to hear all your thoughts and ideas for the space and will also give you ideas and suggestions.

  • 3. Sign Contracts

    If your project is a fit, I will send over a proposal, initial investment estimate, and contracts for signature.

  • 4. Design Phase

    The design phase is generally in 2 parts: the concept and budget review requires your input and assures we are on the same page, then with all the information, we begin work to finalize your Detailed Design Plan. You always have final say! Timeline depends on scope of project/decision making and the nuances of the construction process.

  • 5. Implementation Phase

    This is where the purchasing starts once all items have been client approved; this includes furniture, rugs, lighting, etc..tracking deliveries and resolving any discrepencies. If the project involves a new build or renovation, we may be on site at times to follow up on construction progress. This phase is generally the most lengthy as there are many steps and time tables to meet during construction. You will always know where your project is with weekly/biweekly updates.

  • 6. Installation + Styling

    We will oversee and coordinate deliveries of furniture and fixtures for white glove installation and accesssorize and style to your complete satisfaction.

    We will complete a final wrap up, walk through and assure that you are happy with the results.
