The Consultation

The consultation is our first meeting to walk the space you need help with, discuss your ideas, timelines, review your budget, and I will offer suggestions and initial ideas mainly based on what we discussed in the Intro Call.

I may review architectural drawings and/or take preliminary measurements and photos. With this information about your project I will be able to recommend the best service approach for you and can prepare a Proposal within 48hours.

Design, Furnishing + Styling

This is Full Service Design and my signature service!

From concept to completion, I create an original design concept for your room (s) so you don’t need to lift a finger. We work with your builder, contractors and vendors of your choosing (or mine) to turn your dream to reality. Offering:

  • Kitchen + Bathroom Design, materials selection

  • Floorplans, space planning, 2 + 3D Elevations/Renderinigs so you can see what it will look like

  • Plumbing, Hardware, Light Fixtures selection

  • Concept Boards with samples and Budget Review

  • Trade and Retail Furniture purchasing and Project Management

  • On site meetings with contractors where required

  • Design Fee Only Option (available for some projects)

Designer By My Side

You have smaller scale projects and would love ‘designer backup’ to either get your project underway or finish something you started, or somewhere in between!

This is not a long term commitment and offers in person/phone/email support consulting with prepaid Designer Block Hours (10) to bank and use as you need:

  • Paint and Color Palette (interior/exterior)

  • Sketched Floorplan showing how and where to lay out furniture you are about to buy

  • A review of contractor plans to make sure the space is being used efficiently

  • Help with decision making on furniture, tile, carpet? half day shopping at local stores

  • Ask me - there are many scenarios where this may be a great solution for you.

    $1500 - 10hour block of Designer Time exclusive with me. Local clients only

Full Service: How it Works!

  • 1. Initial Call

    We schedule an initial call once I receive your email with interest, to discuss what you are looking for in your project and decide if we will schedule a Consultation

  • 2. Consultation

    This step is required at the beginning of every project. During this in person meeting, I want to hear all your thoughts and ideas for the space and will also give you ideas and suggestions and a ballpark price range for what you want to accommplish.

  • 3. Sign Contracts

    If your project is a fit, I will send over a proposal, initial investment estimate, and contracts for signature.

  • 4. Design Phase

    The design phase is generally in 2 parts: the concept and budget review requires your input, then with all the information, we begin work to finalize your Detailed Design Plan. You always have final say! Timeline depends on scope/decision making but 2-8 weeks.

  • 5. Implementation Phase

    This is where the purchasing starts once all items have been client approved; this includes furniture, rugs, lighting, etc..tracking deliveries and resolving any discrepencies. If the project involves a new build or renovation, we may be on site at times to follow up on construction progress. This phase is generally the most lengthy as there are many steps and time tables to meet during construction. You will always know where your project is with weekly updates.

  • 6. Installation + Styling

    We will oversee and coordinate deliveries of furniture and fixtures for white glove installation and accesssorize and style to your complete satisfaction.

    We will complete a final wrap up, walk through and assure that you are happy with the results.

As a smaller design business, my priorities are ensuring a quality, classic and timeless design built around a solid client relationship of mutual trust. Because of this, I only take on a few projects at a time.
